The bill (Reg. No. 8651) establishes equal rights for workers in the sphere of culture, education, research, healthcare and pharmacy to the bonuses for their occupational activity, and envisages monthly bonus payment at the rate of 25 % of the fixed official salary (rate of wages) for the work in the state-owned and municipal culture institutions, educational and healthcare centers situated in rural areas and townships.
Moreover, to prevent unequal distribution of bonus rates among the workers in a respective sphere in subordinate legislation, the rates shall be fixed in the Laws "On Culture", "On Education", and the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Laws on Public Health.
The committee members upheld the bill, since its implementation will strengthen social guarantees for the workers of the state-owned and municipal culture institutions, educational and healthcare centers, and increase the professional prestige.
